I'm Phil Garnett, and I've been a State Farm agent since 1990, proudly serving the Dallas community and customers relocating across Texas for more than three decades. I've lived in Dallas for more than 30 years, earned an Accounting degree from Harding University and an MBA from Louisiana Tech, and have spent my career building lasting relationships with the people I serve.

While State Farm’s customer care center provides 24-hour service, I'm personally available by email or text because I believe in being there when questions arise. My wife and I have been married for 43 years, and we enjoy traveling to visit our three married children and six grandchildren. When I'm not in the office, you'll often find me playing golf, watching golf or football, supporting schools and community efforts in the Lake Highlands area, or mentoring young people through my church. Customers often describe me as friendly, kind, caring, and personal, and I strive to do more than what's expected while building meaningful connections with the people I serve. Our office is conveniently located less than a mile north of NorthPark Center near North Central Expressway and Meadow Road.
